For the manufacture of rectangular tanks we utilize the ZOMAplast technology of welding without added material. This being vertical "butt" welding. This technology creates a blunt corner edge on the vessel which has the properties of the homogeneous material, - it is not a "joint" as with extrusion welding.
The vessel wall can be thinner and does not require considerable reinforcement or, on the other hand, it can be very thick, up to 60 mm without reinforcement.
Pickling and galvanizing tanks
This is a simplified name for vessels in which metal surfaces are pickled / stained, phosphatized, limed, anodized or otherwise surface modified by a dip or a spray.
The material is usually PP-H, PE 100, PVDF, and for hot alkali E-CTFE.
ANODIZING AND CHROME-PLATING TANKS
Apparatus associated with the tanks includes mixing systems, aeration systems, heating or cooling regulators, plus vibrating or ultrasound accessories for accelerating or specific measurement of the chemistry involved in the operation.
Separate apparatus can be a closed lid with a pneumatic or hydraulic drive.
We design and assemble continuous lines of wire surface treatment as well. Wide range of diameter covers wire for tyre cords to lightning rods.
Accessories for pickling and anodizing tanks usually consist of a detachable system with a vapour condensor and droplet separator, or alternatively with a complete exhaust gas scrubber.
